DUNNE - Ronnie (Rosses Point, Co. Sligo)- As we remember Dad on the anniversary of his passing on June 3, we would like to express our deepest appreciation to the many people who supported us in so many ways, particularly during the difficult times of the pandemic restrictions. Our special thanks to the staff at Sligo General and St. John’s who looked after Dad so well and our heartfelt thanks to the team at the North West Hospice and the Irish Cancer Society Night nurses who cared for Dad so wonderfully at home until his passing. Dad bravely fought his illness to the end with great dignity and never lost his wit and sense of humour acknowledging that he would be ‘joining his friends in the great golf club in the sky’. Please accept this acknowledgement as a mark of our sincere gratitude and appreciation.
