FORSYTHE Thomas John, (Crannagh Road, Rathfarnham formerly of Coleraine Co. Derry). (suddenly) December 23, 2016. Beloved husband of Helen (née Lynch). Loved and missed deeply by his sister Theresa Forsythe, his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, greatnieces and greatnephews relatives and friends. Removal this (Thursday) evening to The Church of The Annunciation, Willowbrook Road Rathfarnham arriving at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Friday) morning at 11.00am with cremation afterwards at Mount Jerome Crematorium at 12.30pm. House private please. No flowers. Donations, if desired to St. Vincent de Paul.
