NEARY Valentine (Val) (Parnell Street, Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan and formerly Rathfarnam, Co. Dublin) April 7, 2016. Peacefully, at Our Lady Of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by hs loving family. Sadly missed and remembered with love by his family, his beloved wife Anne, daughters Olwen and Gwen, sons Dylan and David, grandchildren Rhiann, Caoilfhionn, Blaithín, Christian, Luke and Laura, sons-in-law Declan and Jeppe, daughters-in-law Maeve and Collette, sisters Joyce, Dolores and Clare, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, relatives and friends. May he Rest in Peace. Removal from Lonergan Funeral Directors, Farney Street, Carrickmacross this (Saturday) morning, arriving to St. Josephs Church, Carrickmacross, for Funeral Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in St. Enda's Cemetery, Killanny. Family time only on Saturday morning please. House private please.

My condolences to his family on the sad loss of Val. We were colleages together at Cathal Brugha St. College.Our other good friend Ken Aust sadly passed away on 10th March . RIP to them . Shaun McCarthy
