CLAFFEY - Dr John Anthony (Tony) Vicar Street, Tuam, Co Galway and

formerly Fardrum, Athlone, Co Westmeath.

Peacefully in his ninty sixth year.

His passing is deeply regretted by his sister Anna, his nieces, Miriam Ormond and Ethel Doolin, nephews Justin Claffey and Damien Claffey, cousins Peter Quigley and Mary Fahy, grand nieces, grandnephews, neighbours, many friends and wide circle of academic colleagues. RIP.

Reposing at Glynn's Funeral Home, High Street, Tuam tomorrow (Sunday) evening from 5.30 pm to 7.00pm followed by removal to The Cathedral of the Assumption, Tuam.

Funeral Mass on Monday at 11.30 am with Funeral proceeding to Cornamagh cemetery, Athlone.
