VEALE, Pat (Killiney, Co. Dublin and formerly of Lisnagry, Co. Limerick) passed away, unexpectedly and suddenly, June 1, 2023. Much loved husband of Nuala and much adored and loving father of Elizabeth, Ronan and Eddie, deeply missed by his son-in-law Michael, daughter-in-law Susan his cherished grandchildren Amelie, Ella, Mimi, Jamie and Elissa who are all heartbroken by his untimely passing. Predeceased by his sisters Marceline and Laurina and his brothers Eddie and Raymond. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Olive and Angela, his brothers John and Aubrey, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and very many dear friends. Reposing at his residence tomorrow (Friday) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Saturday morning to SS Alphonsus and Columba Church, Killiney arriving for 10.00am Requiem Mass. Funeral immediately afterwards to Kilternan Cemetery Park, Kilternan. Rest in Peace

As we treasure the memory of Pat on this the first anniversary of his death, his wife Nuala, together with his children, Elizabeth, Ronan and Eddie, his son-in-law Michael, his daughter-in-law Susan, his beloved grandchildren Amelie, Ella, Mimi, Jamie and Elissa would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised and supported us during this difficult time, especially our extended family, very dear friends, neighbours and Pat’s former colleagues of Walls Construction. We will always be grateful to those who attended Pat’s Funeral Mass in Sts Alphonsus and Columbas Church in Killiney both in person and online, and to those who attended Pat’s reposing. To those who sympathised with us on our sad loss, offered condolences, those who visited in support, sent Mass cards, messages of sympathy, letters of condolences, floral tributes and those who posted condolences online, please know that you provided great comfort to us, we are deeply grateful to you all. We would like to express our sincere thanks and profound gratitude to Fr. Tom Dalzell for such a beautiful Funeral Mass and for his prayers and words of comfort over the past year.
