FITZGERALD, Marie (née O’Mullane), (Leopardstown, Co. Dublin and formerly of Cork City) March 12, 2018. Suddenly, but peacefully at home. Devoted wife of the late Eddie and beloved mother of Des, Eddie, Geraldine (Doyle) and the late Ann (Taylor), sister to the late Fin and mother-in-law to the late Bridget. Sadly missed by her children, daughters-in-law Meriel and Anne, sons-in-law Joe and Aidan, grandchildren Stephanie, Peter, Barry, Ed, Maeve, Leo, Conor, Emer, Kian and Neill, her brother Donal, sisters-in-law Margaret and Annette, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and friends. May she rest in peace. Reposing in Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown today (Wednesday) from 4pm – 7pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 12.30pm in The Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
FITZGERALD, Marie (First Anniversary) - Darling mother, grandmother and friend. We miss your wit, your spirit and your love. Geraldine, Eddie, Des and all the family.
