COLBERT, Hazel (née Huggard, formerly Leyden) (Glenageary, Co. Dublin) - In the wonderful care of the staff of Glengara Park Nursing Home, Glenageary, August 4, 2019, surrounded by her family, after a long and bravely fought illness. Predeceased by her husband Dominic Leyden. Deeply loved, hugely admired and sadly missed by her husband Michael, daughters Judy and Sara, son John, sister Ruth (Sr. Mary Joseph), stepchildren Mary Louise, Michael, Mark, Elizabeth and Ide, sons-in-law Phelim, Gerry and Andi, her adored grandchildren Georgia, James, Theo, Tara, Amritsar, Thor, Caleb and Aaliyah, sisters-in-law and extended family and cherished friends. Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Glasthule, Co.Dublin, tomorrow (Tuesday 6th August), from 5 to 7pm. A celebration of Hazel’s life will be held in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin 6, at 10am on Wednesday 7th August. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
