MURPHY, James Henry (Jim) Retired Lt. Col, Irish Army and R.A.C.E. Father of the late Conor. Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Sadly missed by his loving wife Maud, children Harry, Roísín and Peter, grandchildren Oisín, Meadhbh, Alex, Ross, Ciara, Clodagh, Jay, Harry and Kitty, great grandchildren Fiadh, Ruadh and Anna, daughters in law Helene, Celine and Alice, brother in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends. May Jim Rest In Peace. Due to current government guidelines regarding public gatherings, a private family funeral will take place. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to current restrictions cannot, please feel free to leave a message in the condolence page below. Reposing at McWeys Funeral Home, Abbeyview, Kildare Town from 5pm on tomorrow (Tuesday) with Rosary at 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to arrive at St. Brigid's Parish Church, Kildare Town, for Requiem Mass at 10.30am. Mass will be live streamed on mcnmedia.tv..
