ARMSTRONG Kay (Kathleen), (Goatstown, Dublin) - October 23, 2011 - Elizabeth, John and George, together with all the family, wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised with them following the passing of their dear Mum, Kay. Thank you to all relatives and many friends, to those who sent letters, messages of sympathy, Mass cards, donations to Cancer Clinical Research Trust and to all who attended the Thanksgiving Services. Our heartful thanks to Prof. Crown and all the medical staff in Cara Ward and Day Care Oncology in St. Vincent's Private Hospital who cared for Mum throughout her illness. Special thanks to the clergy in Christ Church, Taney whose pastoral care shown to Mum and the family was much appreciated, to Canon W D Sinnamon, Rev. Niall Sloane who conducted the Thanksgiving Service assisted by Canon Fred Appelbe, Canon A W Kingston who conducted the Service in St. George's Church, Kenagh, Co. Longford and Canon Ted Ardis. Thanks also to Brian Carnegie and his staff at Carnegie Funeral Directors for their support. Trusting this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as expression of our deep appreciation.
