MACKELL, Eithne (Née Frawley) Late of Blackrock, Co. Dublin (formerly of Belfast and Limerick) – 18th October 2024. In the excellent care of the staff of the Blackrock Clinic, peacefully surrounded by her loving family; husband Graeme, daughter Deirdre, son Stephen, daughter-in-law Cliona and son-in-law Eamonn. Eithne, pre-deceased by her brothers Pat and John. Sadly missed by her brothers Terry, Gerard and Tommy, her wonderful granddaughters Zoe and Isla, and her large family in Co Meath and beyond. Not forgetting those close friends in Dun Laoghaire and Kilmuckeridge, Wexford plus extended family and many friends, particularly those from the Joyce Tower in Sandycove. Eithne will repose in Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Newtown Park, Blackrock today, Thursday 24th October from 4pm – 6pm. Removal on Friday 25th October to Mount Jerome Crematorium for a private cremation. No flowers please and if desired donations to a charity of your choice. All are welcome to a celebration of Eithne’s life in the Maritime Museum Dun Laoghaire on Friday, 25th October, at 1pm. Dress colourful. Light refreshments will be served.
