FAHY Francis Joseph FRIAI (Donnybrook, Dublin 4 and Eyre Square, Galway) Died October 5, 2016. On the First Anniversary of Frank's death Eileen, Peter, Arabella and Christine would like to thank family, friends, neighbours and our colleagues for their love, kindness and support over the past year. Thank you to Fr. Sean Ford (Carmelite Church, Aungier Street) and Monsignor Lorcan O'Brien (Sacred Heart Church, Donnybrook) for their assistance and support. Special thanks to Dr. Justin Smyth, Ranelagh who cared for Frank so well over the years, and to the many health care professionals and carers who helped Frank to remain at home in his final days.
