Eileen died suddenly on April 10, 2025, in London and was buried with her husband Dick in Richmond on May 13, 2025, following a lovely funeral Mass.

A memorial Mass for Eileen will be celebrated in The Church of the Irish Martyrs, Ballycane, Naas, Co. Kildare on Thursday May 22, 2025 at 7.00pm, where all who could not travel to London can pay their respects.
