BOURKE (née MacCarthy) - (Castleknock) October 30, 2015 (peacefully, after a very short illness) at Beaumont Hospital. Joan, beloved wife of Patrick Stephen and dear mother of Kieran, Katrina, Fiona. Sadly missed by her loving husband, son, daughters, sisters, brothers, grandchildren and friends. R.I.P. BOURKE Joan - The family of the late Joan Bourke, Patrick, Kieran, Katrina, Fiona, Jake, Christina, Matthew and Andrea are sincerely grateful to all those who have sympathised and supported us since the passing of Joan, beloved wife of Patrick and our dearest mother and grandmother. We would like to thank everyone for their thoughtful Mass cards, flowers, messages of support and an especially big thank you to those who traveled long distances to attend the funeral. We would also like to extend sincere thanks to all the staff at Beaumont High Dependency Unit for their professional and compassionate care in Joan's final days with us.
