McKEE, David (Foxrock, Dublin 18) - June 21, 2014, (peacefully), at the Ashford Nursing Home, father of Lynn and the late Simon; sadly missed by his daughter, stepmother Betty, sister Sally, brothers John and Stephen, sister-in-law Pamela, cousin Brian, extended family and friends. A Service will take place on Thursday at 3pm in the Victorian Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium followed by cremation. Family flowers only please.

<p>Farewell Coz.</p> <p>This is a farewll from your first cousin. We spent many of our younger years in close connection. Your mother, my Aunt Iris, witnessed my first steps and was present in my early years. Although she died when you were only twelve, your pride in her being Welsh remained as a link with her for you throughout the rest of your life. Now you may meet up with her again. Your father too, my Uncle Billy. May you finally find peace in whatever realm you have now entered.</p> <p>So long, old kin.</p> <p>Brian</p>

<p>A Staunch Friend</p> <p>David was a friend and brother, in the Masonic sense, for some 25 years. He was clever, funny and loyal and did not deserve the final years that he endured. At peace now.</p>
