Mac DONALD, Mairéad (Brick) (née Burke), January 15, 2023 peacefully surrounded by her family in the care of the marvellous staff at Tallaght University Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Marcus, and cherished mother of Elizabeth, Randal, Sarah, and Marcus, who will remember her with immense love and gratitude. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Eileen and her brother Aidan. Mairéad will be sorely missed also by her brother, Tom, her son-in-law, Luca, her daughter-in-law, Lisa, her adored grandchildren David, Aurora, Alicia, and AJ (Alex), her dear friends and wonderful neighbours, as well as all her nieces and nephews, and the extended Mac Donald and Burke families. Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, Rathfarnham tomorrow (Wednesday) evening from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Funeral Mass at 10.00am on Thursday morning (January 19) to the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the medical, nursing, care and chaplaincy staff of Tallaght Hospital for the exceptional care given to Mairéad. No flowers please.
