DOWNING, Nodlaig (née Creedon) (Ardilea, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14 and formerly of Lahinch, Co. Clare) 26th December 2024 (peacefully) at home, surrounded by her family. Beloved wife and best friend of Donal (Doney). Much loved by her brother Denis, sisters-in-law Neasa Creedon and Eileen O’Donnabháin, her cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family and many friends, especially Kay Flynn. Predeceased by her brother John, brothers-in-law Seán Downing and Donncha O’Donnabháin and sisters-in-law Rosaleen McGann and Esther Downing. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum, today (Monday) from 6.00 pm. until 7.00 pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10.00 am. in the Church of St. Thérèse, Mount Merrion, followed by burial at Glasnevin Cemetery.
