BARRY, ELIZABETH

BARRY, (née Blanchfield) Elizabeth (Bess), (late of Dalkey, California and Killarney) May 20, 2020 (peacefully) in the tender care of all the staff at Altadore Nursing Home, in her 91st year. A truly wonderful woman; devoted wife of the late Oscar, loving and dearly loved mother of Ciaran, Eithne, Ronan, Aidan, David and Brian. Sadly missed and happily remembered by her children, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, 12 grandchildren Eamonn, Kevin, Eilish, Declan, Ashton, Shannon, Katlin, Brenden, Daniel, Carla, Niamh and Ailbhe, 4 great-grandchildren, her cherished brother Fr. Pat (Columbans, Japan), sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and an extraordinary circle of friends. In accordance with current Government guidelines and in the hope of keeping our friends and family safe, Bess’s Funeral will take place privately.
