RICHARDS, Derek (Dundrum, Dublin 16 and late of the Irish Times) - 15th July 2023, died suddenly and peacefully in the Blackrock Clinic. Beloved husband of Carmel and adored father of Karl and Dawn. He will be very sadly missed by his loving family, wife, children, daughter and son-in-law's Dorota and David, grandchildren Amy, Ellen, Lara, Maitiú and Harry, brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, wider family, friends, neighbours and his golfing buddies. Funeral Service Tuesday, July 18 at 3.30pm in St. Philip’s and St. James’s Church, Cross Avenue, Booterstown. A Committal Service will be held on Wednesday, July 19 at 10.00am in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
