DINEEN - Seán (Kilmacud, Co. Dublin, formerly of Emmet Square, Clonakilty, Co. Cork, and late of School of Mathematical Sciences, University College Dublin). January 18, 2024.

On this the Second Anniversary of the passing of our beloved Seán, we his family, his daughter Deirdre, his son Stephen, his brothers Traolach and Donal, his sisters Sr Mary Magdalen (Maura), Eithne (Coffey) and Emer (Wallace), wish to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the kindness, help and support shown to us by our extended family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues, both in Dublin, Clonakilty and abroad. To the many people who travelled from near and far to be with us, to those who sent messages of sympathy, Mass cards, floral arrangements, posted lovely tributes on rip.ie, who helped organise arrangements and who attended the reposing or the Masses, in Dublin and Clonakilty, we thank you. We extend a special thanks to all those who helped Seán during his illness, to his carers and to the staff at The Hermitage Clinic, Co. Dublin, who looked after Seán so well in his final days. A very special thanks to the team at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum, and to the staff at Pat O'Sullivan and Sons, Clonakilty, who organised the transfer from Dublin to Clonakilty so smoothly.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude and thanks. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions.

His presence shaped our world;

His absence shapes it still
