O'CALLAGHAN Dr. Peter (Clontarf) September 30, 2013 - (suddenly) Beloved husband of Anne, loving father of Jane, Ruth and Eve. Deeply mourned by his wife, children, sister Margaret, brother John, sons-in-law John and Fergal, grandchildren Mícheál, Kate and Olivia, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at his home this (Wednesday) from 5.00pm until Rosary at 7.00pm. Removal tomorrow (Thursday) morning to St. Anthony's Church, Clontarf arriving for 11.00am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards at Holy Trinity Church, Moone, Co. Kildare in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations if wished to Laura Lynn Foundation.My he Rest in Peace

O'CALLAGHAN Dr. Peter (Clontarf and Frederick St. Clinic) On the First Anniversary of Peter's death, his wife Anne, daughters Jane, Ruth and Eve (Luxembourg) wish to thank everyone who attended his funeral Mass in St. Anthonys, Clontarf and the interment at Holy Trinity Cemetery in Moone, Co. Kildare. We are overwhelmed and thankful for the numerous Mass and sympathy cards as well as heartfelt letters of support we have received from friends, colleagues and former patients of Peters. We acknowledge contributions made on his behalf to the Laura Lynn Foundation. We are grateful to the clergy and parish team of St. Anthony's Clontarf and Holy Trinity, Moone, for their help, organisation and kindness. Thanks to Nigel and his team at Stafford's, North Strand, for their kindness, advice and above all, their professionalism at such a difficult time for us. Finally to all our close family, friends and neighbours thank you for everything. When you left us so suddenly,
you took part of us with you,
no one will ever replace you.
