DRUMM, Mr. John (Leitrim, Sligo, Limerick; retired Consultant Surgeon) - Died March 24th 2024, peacefully, after a long illness, surrounded by his adoring family, at his home in Hazelwood, Limerick. John will be forever loved and profoundly missed by his dear wife and best friend Eimer (McGauran); his son John Jr, daughters Darina and Órla, and their partners Aoife (Mellett), Michael (Toomey) and John (Gleeson); his beloved grandchildren, Nikki, Dara, Daniel, Eimer Jr and Jamie; his brothers and sisters Mary (Brennan), Brendan, Teresa (Donovan), Fr Michael and Fr Eugene, and their partners Bernard, Marion and Mick, his brothers and sisters-in-law; all his wonderful nieces and nephews, of whom he was so fond and so proud; his extraordinarily wide circle of friends and colleagues, particularly those who paid him such loving care in recent times; and the innumerable people whose lives he touched, not least his patients - who meant the world to him. Reposing at home, Hazelwood, Ballyclough, Limerick, V94 P2PK today (Tuesday) (26th March) from 4.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal to St. Nessan's Church, Raheen, V94 DE98, tomorrow (Wednesday) (27th March) for Requiem Mass at 12.00pm, followed by burial in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Adare, Co Limerick.
