KILLEEN - Dermot (Shannonbridge, Athlone, Offaly) - January 18, 2024, peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, Dermot (Derry), (late E.S.B.), son of the late James and Elizabeth Killeen and brother of the late Patricia. Sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving brothers and sister, Jim (Chicago), Fr. John (New Jersey), Doc Cunney-Gilbert (Oughterard), and Michael (Mick) (Shannonbridge), sister-in-law Mary, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, carer Frankie, extended family, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. Rest In Peace. Derry will repose at St. Ciaran's Church, Shannonbridge this (Friday) evening from 4pm to 7pm. His Requiem Mass will be celebrated tomorrow (Saturday) at 12 noon and may be viewed on, www.fb.me/saintciarans. Interment afterwards in Clonmacnoise. House strictly private, please.
