O'BRIEN, Eithne Anne (Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin) (peacefully) July 14, 2023, in the care of Ashford House Nursing Home and the community team of Blackrock Hospice. Eithne was a dedicated teacher, who worked in Holyhead, Southampton, Gerrards Cross and Skelmersdale. As part of Teachers for Poland, she taught in teacher training colleges and retired from Szkola im C. Plater- Zyberkowny, Warszawa. Eithne will be mourned by her sister Ena, her nieces and nephews and their families, as well as her many friends, colleagues and students. Removal today (Monday) from Quinn’s of Glasthule to St. Michael's Church, Dun Laoghaire arriving for 10am Funeral Mass, followed by a private Burial. Donations, if desired, to the Blackrock Hospice.
