O'CONNELL, Patrick (Dublin and formerly Lismore, Co Waterford) - At the time of Pat's first anniversary, his family wish to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them, attended the funeral and sent Mass Cards and letters of condolence. Special thanks to all the nursing and medical staff who looked after Pat during his illness and to the priests of St Brendan's Parish Coolock, especially father John Harrington S.M.
