As we approach the first anniversary of our dear Petes death, Trish, Conor, Joe and Orla, with Terry, Kathy and Canice wish to thank most sincerely everyone who supported them during the past year. We are deeply grateful to those who sent cards, letters, mass bouquets, messages of condolence on RIP.ie, flowers and food. Thank you to everyone who attended Petes repose and funeral Mass, to Fr Niall Coughlan and the funeral team who oversaw Petes funeral Mass so thoughtfully and to Brenda and Michelle whose singing made his funeral Mass so special. A special thank you to the staff of the CCU St Vincents University Hospital for their dedicated care and kindness to Pete. His was no ordinary life; his was a life well lived; Pete was greatly loved and he is missed every single day.
