DEMPSEY, (née Devine), Eileen Winifred (Merrion Village, Dublin), beloved of Gerry (husband) and Ethan, Jessica and Sarah (children), 10 August 2018, unexpectedly but peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff in Kerry University Hospital. Pre-deceased by her sister Hazel. Eileen will be painfully missed by her sisters Jessica and Angela, daughter-in-law Fleta, sons-in-law Ross Lewis and Gavin Simons, her adored grandchildren Molly, Eabha, Max, Grace, Sheana, Sebastian, Beatrice, Sanchia and William, brothers-in-law John, Raymond and Manuel and many, many friends. Rest in Peace. Requiem Mass at 10 am tomorrow (Tuesday) morning in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown followed by strictly private burial. Family flowers only.
