O'CONNELL (née Irvine) Errislannan, Clifden, Co. Galway and formerly Belfast and Monkstown, Co. Cork. Patricia Anne (Pat) - February 22, 2016. Peacefully at The Galway Clinic surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Barry, daughter Karen and brother Ken. Sadly missed by her children, Nicola, David, Peter, John and Antonia, her adoring grandchildren and great grandchildren. Deeply regretted by her brother Gerry, sons in-law, daughters in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. R.I.P. Reposing in Christ Church, (Church of Ireland) Clifden on this coming Thursday afternoon from 4pm until 6.30pm. Funeral service on Friday at 12 noon. Removal on Saturday to Mt. Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin for private cremation service at 2.30pm. Family flowers only by request. Donations if desired to The Irish Guide Dogs Association.
