CRAIG John (Knocklyon, Dublin) August 20, 2016 - In loving memory of John on the eve of his First Anniversary. Ann with Karen, Avril, Susan, John, Laura, Michael, his brother Michael and their families, wish to thank all of those who sympathised with us in so many ways and extended such overwhelming support at the time of his death and in the past year. We thank his GP Dr. Gordon Cantwell, his colleague, Dr. Liam McEniff Snr, the staff of Old Bawn Way and St. Peter's Road Surgeries, also Greenhills Pharmacy whose advice and friendship John valued so much. We owe a debt of gratitude to the exceptional medical professionals who cared for John throughout his illness. A special mention to Dr. Niall McEniff, Dr. Jenny Westrup, the Oncology Unit Beacon Hospital, Dr. Stephen Higgins, his colleagues and the wonderful staff of St. Gabriel's Ward, Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross all of whom offered John such caring professional medical treatment and who supported him and us, especially during his final illness. We acknowledge a very special friend, Fr. Jimmy Murray O.Carm, who concelebrated John's Requiem Mass and who was with him every step of his journey. We thank also Fr. Martin, the Carmelite Order, Fr. Pat Lucy, O.P. and Fr. John Flavin CSSp for their support. The family greatly appreciated the professional and sensitive assistance Jody Fanagan and Fanagan Funeral Directors extended to us at that difficult time. The kindness of relatives, dear friends, especially those who travelled from abroad, colleagues, patients and neighbours who came to pay their respects in The Mortuary Chapel in the Hospice and in our Parish Church in Knocklyon, continues to be a source of great comfort to the family. Thank you also to his friends from Lansdowne Rugby Club for their Guard of Honour and the assistance Grange Golf Club offered us on that day. The family sincerely thank you for your Mass cards, letters of condolences, prayers, visits to our home, kind gestures and your generous charitable donations to Our Lady's Hospice. As it would be impossible to thank you all individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions. The life and death of each of us
has its influences on others.
