LILLIS, Tom (Clontarf, Dublin 3, formerly of Kilkee, Co. Clare and late of An Garda Siochana) May 13, 2016, (suddenly but peacefully), surrounded by his loving family in Portugal. Devoted husband of Breda and loving father to Tom Jr., Aoife and daughter-in-law Karina. He will be sadly missed by his family, his father Tom Sr., his brothers, his sisters, aunts and extended family as well as many dear friends all over the world. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis. Reposing today (Friday) at Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock from 5pm to 7pm, and afterwards at his residence for family and friends viewing only. Removal tomorrow (Saturday) to St. John The Baptist Church, Clontarf arriving for 10 o'c funeral Mass, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium. No flowers please, donations, if desired, to St Francis Hospice, Raheny.

On the sad occasion of the First Anniversary of Tom's death Breda, Tom Jnr., Aoife, Karina, his dad Tom, brothers, sisters and extended family would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to all who supported us during the Funeral and over the past year. Thanks to all who sent cards, online messages and tributes, they were a great comfort to us. We thank those that made donations St. Francis Hospice in Tom's memory. To the priests, musicians and vocalists who made the ceremonies so special we owe heartfelt thanks. To Tom's dear friends who helped in so many ways we will be forever grateful. To his colleagues in an Garda Siochana and the I.F.S.A. your heartfelt tributes were deeply moving. Sincere thanks to Jennings Funeral Directors for their support and tender care of Tom. As it would be impossible to thank everybody individually please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our sincere gratitude.
