HOBAN, Gary (Rathmines, Dublin 6 and formerly Cootehill, Co. Cavan and late of the Dept. of Agriculture) - June 17, 2016, (very peacefully), at the Blackrock Clinic. Beloved father of Jenny, Gerry and Moira and grandfather of Conor. Sadly missed by his family, his sisters Fin and Columba, brother Brendan, brother-in-law Rory, by Mona and his nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Aungier Street, with family in attendance on Monday, between 5.00 pm. and 7.00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Cemetery, on Tuesday next at 2.00 pm. followed by cremation. Family flowers only please.

On our Dad's First Anniversary, we miss him and remember him and we sincerely want to thank everyone who offered us sympathy, support and real kindness. We owe much gratitude and respect to the doctors and nurses who cared for Gary, especially in his final weeks in the Blackrock Clinic. We treasure the warmth shown to us by his many good friends, and ours. We want to thank you all on behalf of his grandson Conor, his sisters Fin and Columba, his brother Brendan, his brother-in-law Rory, Mona and his many nieces and nephews and on our own behalf.
