GILLEN, (Sligo and New Ross) August 11, 2018, (peacefully) at his residence, Gavan, (Oakfield Park, Sligo and formerly of New Ross, Co. Wexford) Predeceased by his sisters Doreen and Berna. Dear husband of Stephanie (née O’Donovan) and much loved brother of Olivia, Roddy and Michael. Sadly missed by his wife, brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours and wide circle of wonderful friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at The Foley & McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo this (Monday) evening from 5:30pm with removal at 7pm to St.Columbas Church, Rosses Point, Sligo arriving at 7:30pm. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at 12 noon with funeral proceeding to Rosses Point Cemetery, Sligo. Family Flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to The RNLI C/o Foley & McGowan Funeral Directors.
