BROWNE, Gerald (Gerry), (Blackrock, Co Dublin formerly of Convoy, Co. Donegal) July 3, 2016, (peacefully) in St. Vincent's Private Hospital surrounded by his family and in the wonderful care of the Haematology team of Cedars Ward. Beloved husband of Sybil and dear father of Ann, Linda and Lucy, loving grandfather of Siobhan, Orla, Alex, David, Max and Tessa. Much loved and sadly missed by his family, sister Kay, son-in laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon (July 5) in Carnegies Funeral Home, The Crescent, Monkstown from 3pm - 6pm. Removal on Wednesday morning (July 6) to Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour arriving at 9.50am for 10am Funeral Mass followed by cremation at Mt. Jerome, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6w. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society (Haematology).
