O'BRIEN, Martin Retired G.P., Charlestown Co. Mayo. First Anniversary, September 25, 2017. Remembered with love and deeply missed by his wife Margaret, daughters Mary and Margaret Junior, his sons Michael, Shane, Andrew and Aiden, his grandchildren, brother Paddy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and extended family. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who sympathised and supported us at the time of Martin's death. To those who attended his funeral and those who sent Mass cards, flowers and letters of sympathy. A special thank you to Fr. T. Johnston and Fr. Doherty for their kindness and pastoral care and for making Martin's Mass special. Thank you to Dr. Guckian G.P. and his team in Charlestown Co. Mayo for their special care and to Dr O'Donnell for his major contribution to Martin's care. Thank you to the medical and nursing staff of the Galway and Mayo Hospitals all of whom were caring and compassionate in their care of Martin. We also thank the Sligo GP Society and the Tubbercurry CME Groups and his many colleagues, friends and neighbours for their support. Thanks to the soloist and Charlestown choir. We truly appreciate your contribution. Thanks to Dermot Horkan, Funeral Director and his team for their professionalism. We trust that these acknowledgements will be accepted as a token of our gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.May he rest in peace.
