ARMSTRONG, Cecil (Rathfarnham0, February 21 2019. Died peacefully after a short illness in the Beacon Hospital. Beloved husband of Janet and father of Diana, Alison, Sally and Roger. Will be deeply missed by his son-in-law, daughter-in-law, eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. At Peace. Funeral service will take place at 10am tomorrow, Tuesday in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross, Dublin 6W. Family flowers only please.
