FITZPATRICK, David (Belfast). On David's first anniversary, his wife Jane Leonard and their children Julia and Hannah thank his medical and palliative team: his GPs Dr Krystine McKeagney and Dr Mary Keane; the surgeons and nurses of the Royal Victoria Hospital; all at the Daisy Lodge respite centre for our final holiday with David; and the staff of the Marie Curie Hospice for his tranquil last days. We thank all at St George's Church especially Revd Brian Stewart, Revd William Odling-Smee and the choir. Special thanks to Fr Tom Layden SJ for his sermon and to the soloist Diane ní Channain. Sincere thanks to those who attended the funeral, sent letters of sympathy and shared memories. What sustains us in our loss is the love and solidarity of family, friends and neighbours.ó bhás go críoch,ní críoch ach athfhás
