O'SULLIVAN, Patrick (Toames East, Macroom, Co. Cork) - January 5, 2015 (unexpectedly) in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Grace and loving father of Cormac, Declan and Julia. He will be sadly missed by all his family, including daughter-in-law Jillian, grandchildren Jennifer and Andrew, and by his friends and former colleagues at the Crawford College of Art & Design, CIT. Patrick was a well-known sculptor and founder member of Aosdána. Cremation has taken place on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy.
