COLLINS, Ciarán (Maynooth, Co. Kildare and Moynalvey, Co. Meath) - November 21, 2017, (peacefully), at the Mater Hospital, surrounded by his loving family; sadly missed by his loving wife and best friend Orla, father John, mother Rosaleen, brother Shane, sister-in-law Trish, niece Saoirse, father-in-law Donno, mother-in-law Mary, sister-in-law Niamh, brother-in-law Ronan, aunts and uncles especially uncle Peter, cousins and a large circle of close friends. May he rest in peace. Reposing at his home on Moyglare Road, Maynooth today (Thursday) from 2 o.c to 8 o.c. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 3 o.c in the Church of the Nativity, Moynalvey followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.

Meath) - On the Second Anniversary of Ciarán's passing his family would like to express their sincere gratitude to all those who helped them through this very difficult time. We would like to thank our extended family, friends and neighbours for their fantastic support. We would especially like to thank Ciarán's close circle of friends who did him proud during those very difficult days. A sincere thank you to all who paid their respects in huge numbers at Ciarán's home and at the funeral Mass, all who travelled long distances, sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy. Thanks to all who helped in the kitchen at Ciarán's home. We would especially like to thank all who helped with parking at Ciarán's home and at Moynalvey Church. Thanks to Moynalvey GAA and Cappagh GAA and Camogie Club for the Guard of Honour at the Church. A special thanks to all the staff in the Oncology Unit Mater Hospital and to Beaumount Hospital for the great care and attention they gave to Ciarán, to Dr. Taaffe and colleagues in Summerhill. A sincere thanks to Ryan Funeral Directors for their support and professionalism. Thanks to Moynalvey Choir for their beautiful singing in the Church and to Nuala and Louise who sang so beautifully at the graveside. A huge thank you to Fr. David Brennan who celebrated a most beautiful and heartfelt funeral Mass.
