O'KEEFFE (Blanchardstown) September 12, 2014 (peacefully), at home. Bernard, beloved husband of Phyllis and dear father of Bernard and the late Norah. Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, sisters Peggy and Resa, grandchildren Cian, Conor, Darren and Dylan, daughter-in-law Lorna, son-in-law John, Liam, Peggy and Frances, nephews, nieces, a wonderful neighbour and friend Ann Cox, his clubmates in The Hermitage Golf Club, relatives, neighbours and friends. R.I.P. Removal from Cunningham's Funeral Home, Clonsilla Village to St. Mochta's Church, Porterstown tomorrow (Sunday) evening arriving at 5.00 o'clock Funeral on Monday after 11.00 o'clock Mass to Clonsilla Churchyard. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Dublin 15 Hospice.
