HERLIHY Donal (Cabinteely and formerly of Kinsale) On the First Anniversary of Donal's passing July 31, 2018. We his family, wife Claire and children Janet, Anne, Denise and Donal wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of those who were so supportive and kind during Donal's illness specifically the extended family, RTE colleagues past and present, friends and neighbours. Special thanks to Sheila Herlihy and Michael Murray for their unswerving help and support. To all of those who attended the wake and funeral and to Fr. Paddy Moran C.S.Sp and St. Mary's College singers who made the funeral so special. To all of those who sent lovely messages, letters and cards. Each and every one was a great source of comfort to us. We want to thank the staff of St. Michael's Hospital and extend our particular gratitude to Dr. Paul Gregan and all the staff of Blackrock Hospice for the outstanding care, attention and kindness shown to Donal and also to us as a family. We will never forget them. We will always miss Donal's humour and indomitable spirit as will all that knew him. Donal's Anniversary Mass will be held on Saturday, August 17, at 7.00pm in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Killiney.
