JACKSON, Elizabeth Mary (May) (Churchtown, Dublin, died August 7, 2011 in Waterford) - Her sons Fred and Leonard together with their families wish to thank everyone who offered sympathy and support on their recent bereavement. Sincere thanks to all who attended prayers in Waterford and the funeral service at Whitechurch Parish Church, Rathfarnham. To those who sent cards, floral tributes and offered words of sympathy, thank you. The family would like to extend thanks to Rev. Jenny Crowley for her many hospital visits in Waterford, Dean Trevor Lester who officiated at the prayer service at the nursing home and for his visits to her there, and to Canon Horace McKinley who officiated at the funeral service in Dublin and for his pastoral care over the years. The family acknowledges the wonderful care of all the doctors and nurses both in Dublin and Waterford who looked after mum over many years and the kind and caring staff at Killure Bridge Nursing Home, Waterford. Thanks also to Brian Carnegie and his staff at Carnegies Funeral Directors, Monkstown. A special word of thanks to Margaret (her home help in Churchtown), Nessa at Greene's Pharmacy, Rathfarnham, and to her wonderful neighbours who were always there for her when she needed them. This acknowledgement comes as a token of gratitude and appreciation to all.
