TAYLOR, Cecil John (Dunbur Road, Wicklow Town ) - 16th February 2020 in the wonderful care of the doctors, nurses and staff at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, Dublin after a short illness. Dearly loved husband and friend of Janet (née Smith) and the late Geraldine (née Carson). Sadly missed by his sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends. Removal to Wicklow Parish Church, Church Hill, Wicklow Town on (Wednesday) afternoon arriving for 2.00 pm Funeral Service, followed by cremation service at 3.30 pm in McCrea’s Cremation Chapel, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town ( A67E003 ). Family flowers only, donations to Prof, John Crown, Cancer Research Fund, S.V.P.H. Merrion Road, Dublin 4. “ The Lord is my Shepherd”

I'm a year late but only now saw the memorial notice of Cecil's death! Cecil and I went to the same National School when we were between four and 12. We lost contact after we went to different Secondary Schools. He was a good friend.
