<p>DUNNE (Carey) (née Keegan) Doreen Sandymount, Dublin 4 - May 11, 2013 after a short illness at St Vincent's Private Hospital. Beloved wife of Noel and loving sister to Tessie, Mona, Kathleen, Lucy, Tommy, Dessie and Noel. Predeceased by her sister Maureen, brothers Sean, Clarence and Paddy. Deeply missed by her husband, brothers and sisters. Also missed by her nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, friends and neighbours. Rest in Peace. Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, 54 Aungier Street from 4.00 o'c today (Monday). Removal tomorrow (Tuesday) to St Mary's Star of the Sea Church Sandymount arriving at 5.00 o'clock Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 10.00 o'c followed by cremation in Mount Jerome. No flowers please.</p>

<p>Photos</p> <p>I knew Doreen when she worked with the Meneses family in the Indian Ambassador's residence in the 1970s. Geeta Meneses kept in touch with Doreen over the years. I went with Geeta to visit Doreen on Geeta's last visit to Ireland in April 2011. Geeta took some photos which she asked me to pass on to Doreen. Regrettably I don't think that I did. I only learnt of Doreen's death (and I am almost certain that Geeta was unaware of it) when I was trying to contact Doreen in February of this year when Geeta sadly died suddenly at home in London. In case some of Doreen's family is still monitoring the IT site, I am posting the photos that were taken in April 2011. Please also accept my belated condolences on the death of a lovely lady.</p>

<p>appologies for missing the funeral</p> <p>To Noel/my aunties + unclesI was so sorry to hear the news and for not being at the funeral. I was told by my cousin on my dads side the day after the funeral.</p> <p>i always remember visiting Doreen when i was a kid and she was always so nice and always made me laugh.</p> <p>i am sorry that i have lost contact with my mums side of the family and if anybody wants to get in contact please ring either 07913368414 or 07722965128 it would be nice to say hello.</p> <p>regards</p> <p>alan chester</p>
