JACKSON Derek, Dundrum, December 28, 2011 - Derek's family would like to thank all those who sympathised with us at the time of our recent bereavement. Thank you to all who sent cards, letters, messages and flowers. Thank you also to all who attended the funeral Mass, particularly those who travelled long distances to be with us. Special thanks to Fr. Brian Edwards who conducted the funeral Mass and to Lawrence Forrest who sang so beautifully. We would like to offer our sincere thanks to the nursing and medical staff in St. Patrick's University Hospital and St. James's Hospital. As it would be impossible to reply individually to all the tributes to Derek, please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of our heartfelt appreciation.
