HALLIGAN, Maureen (née O’Connell) late of Templeogue, Dublin. July 16, 2020 (Peacefully) in the tender care of the staff in The Fern Deane Nursing Home. Loved and devoted wife of the late Michael, predeceased by her son Aidan and sisters Anna and Brege. Loving and inspiring mother cherished by her children Peter, Ursula, Maurita, Karl and Noirin. Deeply regretted by her loving children, thirteen grandchildren, brothers Joseph, Donal and Benedict, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours. May she Rest In Peace. Due to current government restrictions regarding public gatherings a private funeral will take place in the coming days. Those who would have wished to attend the funeral but cannot may view the ceremony by logging on to www.stpiusx.ie at 10 o’c Monday July 20, 2020 and afterwards at (11.30 approx) www.mountjerome.ie by selecting the Garden Chapel on the website live stream option. Maureen’s funeral cortege will be passing the family home after Mass (11.00 approx).
