LARRAGY - Patrick (Pat) (Clontarf, Dublin, KBC Bank, formerly IIB, Howth Yacht Club, Rotary Dublin North, Donabate Golf Club, Institutes of Chartered Secretaries, Accountants and Taxation). Died July 25, 2021. As we remember Pat, a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Pat's
wife, Sheila, children Paul, Rachel, Simon and Jamie, his siblings and grandchildren would like to thank everyone who sympathised with us and ourheartfelt loss. Thank you to our very kind in-laws, friends and neighbours and to the many people who supported us, who made contact by phone, sent
flowers, cards and letters of condolence. Special thanks to Fr. Larry White, who officiated at the funeral Mass.
Thanks to Naoise, Linda, Deirdre and Ailbhe whose beautiful music and song lightened our hearts. Thank you to Kirwans Funeral Home in Fairview for their personal attention to the funeral arrangements and their gentle presence throughout the day. Pat's illness necessitated 24/7 care, care we simply could not have managed without the wonderful carers we met on this difficult journey. Thank you to the wonderful carers at Home Instead who made it possible for Pat to stay
at home for most of his illness. We wish also to express our sincere thanks to the nursing and care staff of Care Choice Malahide, who so gently cared for Pat during his final weeks. This experience has brought into sharp relief the incredible dedication, patience and compassion of the carer
community which supports both patients and families in some of their most difficult times. We all place immense value on our dignity and independence. The carer community enables us to preserve this for as long
as possible. There are simply no words to convey the magnitude of that gift. You are Angels. Please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation
and a Mass will be offered for your intentions.
