COLLINS - Conn, April 21, 2022 - On this day, the First Anniversary of Conn’s passing, Nives, Adam, Jeff, Philip and our extended family would like to acknowledge the thoughtfulness shown to us by so many during Conn’s illness, death and our subsequent bereavement. We were hugely uplifted and sustained by the very many letters, cards and condolences we received. To David Fennelly and his team in St. Vincent’s, the nursing staff on wards where Conn spent many days in difficult times, friends who called, fed us, stood out in the neighbourhood and in Elm Park on the day of his funeral and who joined us online for his farewell ceremony, to Corrigans and Patrick Cawley who facilitated the service, to Conns clients and his colleagues in BCU and to those who are still supporting us to this day we send our most heartfelt thanks.

Those we love don’t go away,

They walk beside us every day,

Unseen, unheard but always near,

Still loved, still missed and very dear.

I will never forget Conn. He was a wonderful professional who for very many years provided my wife and me with irreplaceable advice. And at the same time, Conn was a wonderful, cheerful man to be in the company of. RIP, Conn.
