BROWNE - Philip (Rathfarnham), June 8th 2026, peacefully, at home, surrounded by his family, after an illness. Beloved husband of AnneMarie (Waldron), adored father of Jack and SallyAnn and father-in-law to Mairéad. Loved and remembered always by his family, brothers Ian, David and Roy, sisters-in-law Maggie and Maria, Davids partner Mark and their families, relatives and a wide circle of friends, particularly in the rowing and rugby communities. Philip will repose in Fanagans Funeral Home, Willbrook Road, Rathfarnham (D14 W029) on Wednesday (June 10) from 3pm to 5pm you are welcome to join us. Funeral Service on Thursday (June 11) at 1.30 pm in Whitechurch Parish Church, Rathfarnham (D16 YN27), afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Hospice Foundation.
