HOLMES, (née Tyner) Hazel (Deansgrange, Co. Dublin) - August 8, 2013. Peacefully, at The Glebe Nursing Home, Kilternan. Beloved wife of Dr. John Holmes and loving mother of Audrey, Linda, Zandra, Roy and the late Jean. Sadly missed by her husband, son, daughters, sons-in-law Adnan, Werner and Tim, daughter-in-law Ingrid, grand- children, brother Bill, extended family and friends. Funeral Service on Monday, August 12 at 11 o'c in Kilternan Parish Church (C of I) followed by private cremation. No flowers please. Donations if desired, to the Alzheimer's Society of Ireland.
