SHERRIFF, Ian William Francis (Montbazen, FR and formerly Blackrock, Co. Dublin) - May 31, 2019, peacefully, after a sudden illness fought with bravery and dignity. A life fully lived. Beloved husband of Donald, much loved cousin of Anne, Mary, Elizabeth, Susan, Georgina and David and their spouses. Loved and remembered always by his extended family and a wide circle of friends from around the world. Cremation took place on Tuesday, June 4, in Capdenac, France. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to the Dogs Trust Ireland.

I am so very sorry to learn of Ian’s passing. He and Don were so kind to me at Coolatore and I will never forget the walking tour Ian took me on the Tudenham and Belvedere. I learned so much from him! I send deepest condolences to Don.

Just heard this news. I am sorry for your loss Don. I spent many a happy day working for Ian and yourself in Coolatore. He was a pure gentleman and i often recollect many of the great stories he used to tell. Rest in Peace.
