HAZEL, Finbar (Booterstown, Co. Dublin and formerly of A.I.B.) - May 11, 2013 peacefully at St. Vincent's University Hospital; beloved husband of Vera and loving father of Audrey, Barry, Michael and Clodagh. He will be sadly missed by his family, sister Mimi (Gaynor), step-mother Mary, step-brothers Richard and John, sons-in-law Danny and Alan, daughters-in-law Dervla and Michelle, his cherished grandchildren Isobel, Pearce, Evelyn, Vincent, Christian, Síona and Fionn, brothers-in-law Vincent (McCormack) and Mossie (O'Connell) sister-in-law Joan (McCormack), nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal on Wednesday morning to Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue arriving for 10 o'c Funeral Mass followed by cremation at Mount Jerome. Family flowers only please.

On this Finbar's First Anniversary his wife Vera, children Audrey, Barry, Michael, Clodagh, sister Mimi Gaynor and extended family would like to express their sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them throughout this past year. Thank you for Mass cards, letters of condolence and sympathy cards. A special thanks to Monsignor Seamus Conway for the wonderful support he gave to Finbar. Thanks also to Fr. Cormac McIIraith, Fr. Larry Behan and Fr. John Jacob. To the kind staff in St. Vincent's Hospital Caritas convalescent home and Fanagans Funeral Directors.
